  Enoch Pappoe can never be a law abiding citizen; It's a lie. I have a land title to my land dating as far back as 2011. He has however defaced my walls.
  
  The supreme court has given a judgment on the said parcel of land which is in favour of our guarantors- the Boi Stool since 2023/2024.
  
  It must therefore be stated that the three families named in his suit at the Adenta High Court has no land in the area. Ghana web can contact me for my documents and further particulars.
  
  The MCE is also culpable in this whole saga and must be removed from office.

  I must also say that there is a suit against Enoch Pappoe at the same Adenta High Court in October to challenge his claim, if he believes he is on the right path, why can't he wait till the legal engagement is ended.

  However, we have a right to housing, and so he should not try his illegal actions.

  Possessing 30 percent ownership does not give anyone the authority to encroach on lands that have been lawfully acquired by others. Ghana is governed by law, and no one stands above it. Any attempt to encroach upon or trample on such land will be resisted decisively and in accordance with the law.
