For eight long years, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has ruled Ghana — not with the people, but with his family, friends, and close allies. What began as a promise of transformation and prosperity has turned into disappointment for many who once believed in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its message of change.

Under Akufo-Addo’s administration, loyalty and personal connection became more valuable than competence and intelligence.
