  Yes,the krutihene is powerful and development oriented chief who has brought a lot of development to the area. But by tradition he is next to the ejurahene, so where the ejurahene is seated or present I think he has to come under his authority. Nevertheless, the Ejurahene has recognised all his council in this regard.
