  It's carelessness that causes such accidents and not a brake failure . Almost every accident that happens in Ghana is attributed to a brake failure.

  How can brakes failures trigger vehicles to somersaults?We are drivers with over 40 years experience but that isn't possible because overspeeding was the cause of this particular accident due to rushing a patient to hospital but probably applied brakes in a curve which he couldn't negotiate the curve because of lack of experience

  Will deep investigation be conducted to make sure the accident was a brake failure? I don't believe it because most drivers drive carelessly. Some of these ambulance drivers believes that their vehicle can fly.

  Since these new ambulances came, how many have had accidents and what happened? We are our own enemies and that is why Ghana is not developing as it should be. A common ambulance driver will behave as if he is steering a Space shuttle.
