You guys cannot engage in serious thinking or intellectually stimulating analysis of events in Ghana for as long as you allow tribal and political folly to drive your every decision.

Why did you not question the Asantehene who awarded the scholarship for the person to study history in the US; would you not send people out on scholarship for studies in the sciences if that's the new trend, want or need?

Have you stopped to ask why Ghana's parliament is full of lawyers when the nation is starved in the area of science? The NPP as a party which has never had people interested in sciences abandoned Nkrumah's Kwabenya Atomic Research facility after the overthrow of Nkrumah and as you see from the NPP manifesto their interest points to cheap tricks and lawyerly gimmicks.

HE John Mahama gave Asantehene and Astante folks what they want lest some of the radicals in the kingdom will go on social media to do what they do best with insults and no brains. The Ashante region, base of NPP politics, have politicians everywhere ready to die for Gertrude Torkornoo and others charged with thievry and economic malfeasons not people knee deep in the sciences.

HE John Mahama can drive the horse to a river but cannot force the horse to drink. If Ghanaians are truly interested in STEM education then perhaps we need to place an embargo on scholarships in non science studies. What do you think will happen if the Scholarship Secretariate decided to offer scholarship to people intetested in real sciences for the next 10 years? Your dimwits in the NPP will be ready for war and most of their nickel and dime lawyers will flood our courts with one challenge after another.

We need people with TECH knowledge to move Science and tech forward in Ghana. Close down all none TECH and STEM programs at all Tech Universities including KNUST.
