No sense in putting up more prisons when a govt cannot feed its prisoners and Prison Officers .With GhanaCard I was expecting President John Dramani Mahama to channel his effort at helping to implement communal services.
And then send the NDC criminals to Tamale Prison for them to properly understand Prison life.
More Prisons to help the NPP agenda of One EOCO to One Constituency. These prisons will help in taking care of NDC prisoners in 2029.There will be a backward clearance of all crimes committed by NDC since 1992.
