  Simple solution: BLOCK THAT MAIN ROAD TILL IT IS COMPLETELY ASPHALTED!!!! (LIKE HOW THE ARTISANS THEMSELVES DID)!!!!
  Divert the road to other minor roads! FINITO!!! For 8 solid years, they kept their mouths shut and nothing was done there only chop, chop and nonsense! These people were satisfied with the mud, potholes and dust; these artisans tolerated all these and increased their numbers there all because they are cowards and afraid of their party which gaged them! The contractors should let the artisans continue to block the road. they should then continue at other locations where they are not disturbed! By the way, which alternative roads or routes did drivers and vehicles use during the blockade??
