ghana fire service, immigration and prisons service have not been paid their rent allowance since last year. the current government doesn't want to pay the rent allowance due officers. here is the breakdown of arrears government is owing the various security services. fire service= 11 months , immigration=10 months and prisons service 10 months rent allowance arrears. meanwhile per the agreement signed they are supposed to be paid quarterly

The government spends tax payers' money to restore a small portion of the degraded land and water bodies and start making noise about it? It's obvious because someone will make money in awarding the contract for the restoration. Wastage and corruption. That's what it is.

No pouring of libation accompanied with prayers to reign curses on the desecrators, as done in past instances on similar matters.
The effects of this menace will have terrible consequences for all persons both far and near. They heavy metal poisoning of the land and water bodies, feeds into the food chain. Would one know, if their water is safe to drink, food crops safe to eat, fish, safe to eat?
