  Working under trees is obviously horrible but, for the meantime, the District Assembly can be proactive and construct a wooden shed for the staff.

  Anything about the north and its people does not concern me anymore because they are very tribalistic and their people in power are also careless. Their people in power do not give a dam about the north and during elections, the people in the north only vote for their tribesman. And so if after all these, the people live in dehumanizing conditions, then its up to them. Nobody in the south should worry their head about the north.
