    Was it packed at a curve or at barrow lane ??

    Okada has 3 wheels/tires whereas motorbike (motorbicycle) has two, generally speaking. So the two aren't the same, generally speaking.

    It's common for reporters to state the registered numbers of vehicles involved in accidents. I Wonder why this report has not showed readers the registered numbers of the police motorbike and the stationed tricycle.

    My condolences to the bereaved families however the story is incomplete. Were the two law enforcement officers (policemen) wearing rider safety helmets as required by law? Were they riding within the speed limit?
