There are human capacities like basic or common sense and the capacity for wise and intelligent people to learn from past mistakes of others or of themselves lest they become foolish, dumb or act like circus animals. If neither you, Mr. Sampson Ndoli or anyone from the NPP can point to a list of beneficial projects in Ellembelle then exactly what are you but another pied-pipper?
