    medical doctors from the north must be posted to the north. You can post them to stations in the south and expect southerners to go there.

    Bring in Cuban doctors and nurses. Sad even our own Ghana trained doctors refuse to work in certain parts of the country. They prefer to work in the regional capitals to do ' locums' for extra money.

    Advise the MOH to post qualified indigenes in the area. Qualified professionals from the South will no longer want to work among intransigent and dangerous people in that part of the country.
