Pls, don't make it looks like indigene doctors don't want to go back there and serve. There are many indigenes who are there.
Why don't you send all those MPs children who are medical doctors now there as they benefited directly from Government money.
medical doctors from the north must be posted to the north. You can post them to stations in the south and expect southerners to go there.

Why can't the Dr from the north stay in work over there but are busy here wanting to be med sups and mps. Go back n serve ur village.
They are right because every government is just talking about rural allowance but no implementation.

Bring in Cuban doctors and nurses. Sad even our own Ghana trained doctors refuse to work in certain parts of the country. They prefer to work in the regional capitals to do ' locums' for extra money.
