Get the army involved in agriculture, who knows more about logistics than soldiers. After all the biggest problems farmers have is getting produce to market I went to army schools and they were very good. 37 is probably the second best hospital in Ghana.

They even helped local communities in building Places of Convenience at the time of Kutu and Rawlings. Those were splendid. Kutu Acheampong did a lot more good productive things for Ghana than many others since the time of Nkrumah. It was during his time under OPERATION FEED YOURSELF that there was too much food in Ghana. Yes, Ghana for the first time exported food to even other countries in Africa and the world.
Such a person who was even retired from any Action Military Service and was resting at his hometown, not involved in any form of Politics or Government was arrested at his village at TRABUOM(A village that I knew very well), put to trial by a Stupid Military Tribunal), and under stupid and nasty charges including an idiotic one that he loved many women. Were Rawlings, Boakye Djan and the Tsikatas who had him killed only with their wives? Well, that was the time that Ghanaians were forced to live under fear and under THE CULTURE OF SILENCE. What a shame! How many Ghanaians know about how Kutu Acheampong’s OPERATION FEED YOURSELF was successful and there was abundance of food everywhere. He was killed for nothing, except because he was an Asante person.
And for what justifiable reasons that Afrifa who had also retired from the Military, established his farms at KROBO near Asante Mampong dragged to the horrible Public Tribunals to be found guilty for some silly charges, found guilty and shot to death at the Teshie Military Shooting Range. Was it because he was feared by the AFRC Military Junta? I yearn for a justification for his being shot to death at the Military Shooting Range at Teshie. Perhaps it was criminal to be an Akan who was an an Asante person in the Military during the AFRC murderous time. How many houses did Kutu, Afrifa, and General Akuffo had? Just killed in the name of a very STUPID AFRC REGIME. May their Souls Rest In Peace Peace.

The Mpakadan railway, have you seen a trian moving on it? The so called SkyTrain project, what happened to it?

But when you construct a road, private operators will use it and manage their own vehicles. No one will syphon anything. And I'm sure the government will benefit from road tolls.

Our leaders are not thinking outside the box. All developed countries rely on railway infrastructure for the movement of goods and people. This expressway is only a waste of money and will not solve the problem.

Waaaw, l like the idea of using the military for this project. It is surely going to reduce cost. This initiative should be a sustained policy for every government to follow. I believe the government Learnt this noble idea from Burkinabe government. I am dying for this of my understanding is right. The present government is excellently thinking outside the box and it is laudable. I applaud the government for this noble idea. I once said if government will pull all the road construction equipment allocated to local government, we can centrally construct every road infrastructure without contractors.
