  They are all NDC supporters and violence is their daily bread. When blood is spilled, they feel over excited, and why should the installation of a chief, lead to some villages being torched leading to displace humans?

  It is time the President and his wealthy brother make huge contributions to the Northern Part of Ghana, please invest there, build well structured buildings, Police Training Centers, Military Training Centers, Solar installation assembling plants, Motor and tricycle assembling plants and make it a law for the current chiefs there to give their successors names to the DCE,s , Court and Banks for keep, so that anytime a Chief passes away, the DCE and the Community Elders will go to the Bank and Court to confirm the name of the successor of the chief. If possible make all Police, Fire Service Army and Security Training Centers Headquarters in the Northern Part of Ghana and three security communities like Trasaco in the North. Let's invest in the Northern Part of Ghana. Please only one IMF Loan can do that.
