  Ghana need home engineered solutions to tidal waves ravaging our coastal folks. The so many engineers we have must study the situation on the ground and come up with a better solutions and not the western copied version. Our climate and western climate aren't the same, we need home grown engineering solutions to our problems.

  The Ankobra needs a dam to control the flow of water into the sea and I believe that would resolve the problem.
