  Very, very good initiative. We need to educate the public. Kwame Nkrumah did this in the early 1960s when mobile cinema vans were sent to the rural areas for civic education. Unfortunately, in Ghana these days, we confine education to academic theoretical education in tertiary institutions. What is lacking is civic education and now we are on the right track. Well done regional Minister!!!

  I hope the vans will be well maintained and that there is a financial allocation for maintenance of the vehicles. In Ghana good projects always fail due to our poor maintenance culture. Quite often and unfortunately no one is held responsible for project failures due to the Polychronic nature of our society. I urge all Ghanaians/Africans to watch the YouTube channel called "Bantucitydiaries" to understand why the African continent is as it is. Watch for example the video entitled : "African Time: Why Polychronic Cultures are mostly underdeveloped".
