  Why did set up a full office just to distribute rent? Customary boundary mapping, promotion of registration and compulsory customary land disputes resolution should have been part of the OASL. I seem to agree with the CRC recommendations on this.
  
  I am at a loss as to why the CRC did not recommend the compulsory freehold registration of Lands to all Citizens.

  Good move by lands, because most of the chiefs abuse their authority selling lands without any infrastructure in the community instead they’ll spend it with their multiple local girlfriends, goats meat + Akpeteshi

  Addres the issue of payment of very small 15% of the revenue, and negotiate for 50 % share of rh revenue.
  How are ground rent distributed to traditional councils?
