  I think the NCCE is aware of the national corruption perception index and institutions whose actions and inaction feed to the national score. Also corruption and fraud is cultural matter and so, for it to be mitigated, the fight must be started by the people in authority and with their total commitment. Combating corruption from the SHS students is a weak and moribund strategy.
