  So what are we doing about it. What is VRA doing about it. Few years ago we saw how flood took over large stretch of villages and temporary structures were put up at safe areas for them. Does VRA has to wait till there is a disaster. Recently it was fire outbreak at GRIDCO near VRA. I have always maintained that institutions under the Ministry of Energy should have private partnership. TOR, VRA, ECG GRIDCO should be public, private, partnership. This is because the cost outlays in running these institutions are so huge that government alone cannot handle. Please over to you Hon.Minister of Energy.
