There are many rural badic schools without teachers, but there are many trained teachers who have completed Training colleges are are sitting at home doing nothing.However the minister of Education is telling the nation that due to budget constraints, all of thrm cannot be employed. So can't the NDC government set its priorities right and stop constructing so- called 24 hour economy markets and use the money to pay the teachers? A government which values markets more than children education, to say the least does not know what it is doing.So Mr Haruna advise the president to syop constuction maekets and use the money to recruit teachers to fill vacancies in the badic schools.
