  Offer the contract. Do Bidding on the contracts.
  Do not mind CAITECH now until contrary is
  proved.Try to preserve the worth and the integrity
  of Ghana. Contract bidding has a Ministty to visit
  but not the President of the Nation.

  Fees collected from municipal assemblies, district assemblies, stool lands, government, common funds should be generated/ gathered to support this project.
