  When I started working as a civil servant I saw two mentally challenged men visiting our head office.
  I was told that they were workers in the department I was then in, until they begun using wee and developed mental problem ...

  When I started working as a civil servant I saw two mentally challenged men visiting our head office.
  I was told that they were workers in the department I was then in, until they begun using wee and developed mental problem.
  But, good employment with all the conditions of service excellent and also excellent working environment, with friends that use drugs, may influence a person into becoming a drug addict.
  So, the best is to educate people on the dangers of drug use and their destructive effect.
  I met two people who performed best when under the influence of alcohol.
  But that is about 1 in a thousand.
  So, the best still is to abhor drugs.
