  In fact it beats my imagination as to how our economy is managed. Its looking more and more to me that this nation figuratively is run on fumes rather actual fuel. It is either unattainable promises like building a 6 lane express way which will clearly not be possible under current conditions or as seen in this report the hiring of 16000 new teachers when its not a matter of delusional thought that the current govt has still not been able to pay sime teachers salaries in over 12 or more months. Is it a case of ignorance arrogance overconfidence or stupidity
