It will be unwise and can have serious consequences should the high power lines along the road side left with out concrete walls around it. the open drainage gutter must also be covered. with these serious uncompleted safety standards left behind does not make the work completed. And before the son of a man perish from the undone safety work the contractor must return to finish the project.
