I worked at Dagbon for about a year. They can be nice people but usually very unreasonable and become very violent on the least provocation. This will never happen in the Bono,Ahafo,Asante, Fante, and some areas in the South. It is for this reason that many people from the North don't want to accept postings to their own area, making their places always deprived. Ask Mahama and Bawumia how many of their family members are working and living in their area. What a shame. They shall always troop to the South to do dirty and menial jobs. After decades of Free Education, they can't still reason beyond their noses.

Don't be ignorant. After University Education, one can be posted to any part of the country to start work. Yes, I was sent to Ghana Secondary School at Tamale where I taught Religions, History and Geography at the Advanced Level. Mr. Kudiagbor was the Headmaster then. On Sundays, I taught at Tamale Secondary School. It was very sad that some of the students in Religion had not been taught for a year. The students were poor but very respectful. So, I sacrificed to teach even late into the night for free. The students there are more respectful than students at the South.
After a year when I was about to come back to the South, the Headmaster who was an Anlo Ewe was doing all he could to persuade me to stay back for another year but I didn't because my family was at the South and I am the only son of my father. I will respectfully ask people from the North to accept appointments to their own place when posted there. Honestly,I enjoyed and learned a lot from the people, especially respecting the elderly.

Though not a northerner the Kudiagbor was a very aggressive and violent headmaster, he took so much in inflicting pain on students through capital punishment.

I know that Ghana' is comparatively better than our neighboring countries, particularly Nigeria which is supposed to be the richest in Africa. Unfortunately, Mahama's time has not seen any serious socio economic developments. Things are just getting worse. How can someone work continuously for two years without being paid? How can such a person survive? That is why we have all sorts of robberies and Highway attacks. I know Mahama himself will be the first to admit that he has not been successful and will not even think of a Third Term Presidency.
