This is serious for the Volta region and Ghana as a whole. The danger is if your ward chose a Volta region SHS/T, tthere is 25% chance or 0.25 probability of failing the WASSCE. The general posture by most citizenry is educat ...

If this is standard, then the SHS graduating Car Gift fanfare is absolutely pointless
But I suggest the gov't and GES introduce an intervention class in shs who admit learners who couldn't make it at the BECE. If you get say from aggregate 31 in the BECE and above you must first attend 1 year intervention clas ...

Very worrying report! But what do the percentages mean? Do they, for example, mean that no student passed any subject in the eighteen (18) schools that scored 0%?
I think it means the students who completed from those 18 schools can't go for further studies with their grades
This cannot be true in Ghana where we have poly, vocational and technical training institutions for those who do not make it the the next "logical" stage. The 0% should be explained further
It isvthevresult of the seeming unstructured FSHS in the system. killing the drive for learners to aspire for great results. They know that even with aggregate 50, they will still be admitted to FSHS.

FIRST PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS ...

That region is cursed to the bone. Nothing good comes from them.
All this is as a result of indiscipline among students and teachers. All they do now in SHS is boyfriend and girlfriend! No focus, no desire to learn.
The teachers who are supposed to enforce discipline are now sleeping wit ...

Else where on this same continent , heads will roll for such poor performance. Is there any accountability over there?
The result of free shs. Unprepared pupils in primary being pushed along.
What does she mean by 0%?
Does it mean no student in those schools obtained even the lowest pass mark?
Did they include students from the schools in the clinic?
Mention the names of the schools, please
This is the main reason the wholesale BECE placement into FSHS must be relook at. It is better to admit those who pass and gov't sponsoring the others to go into other things for a living than to waste state money on them onl ...
