  It appear that Parliament is a major part of the problems because that is where the laws are made and if parliament cannot see that the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTEMNTS" is not working for Ghana, then, it is problem and it poses a lot of questions in my mind to see Ghana circling in poverty and no progress after over 32 of democracy. I ask myself why and who are behind these chronic societal failures with poverty, unemployment, thefts, scandals, corruption, bribery, filth, flood, accidents and the worst that risk human lives in Ghana? I really often feel sad I am rooted in such society of selfishness with no genuine or proper spirit of leadership which I cannot quickly change or immediately improve it or deny Ghana to be my root. Honestly, when I help people with honesty and trust, especially Americans as well as many others from all over the world and they ask me "where are you from?", then I feel shy to use the word "Ghana" and mostly I asked myself "What can I boast of in Ghana? Selfishness in leadership, corruption of ignorance". Something can get better, if we abolish the failing practice called "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" that does not really harmonize with the culture and mindset of Ghana which has always put selfishness and greed over unity and problem-solving.   Selfishness, greed, wickedness, ignorance, arrogance, incompetence, lies, deception, pretense, hypocrisy, fake-humility, division, pull-him-down, corruption, and lack of empathy for others are the character attributes that describe most leaders in Ghana and Africa. Average poverty and lack of fast progress are the evidence of poor leadership born out of bad spirits in most people who claim to be leaders in Ghana and Africa. Why can you abolish the practice of "POLITICAL APPOINTMENTS" and be honest to all all top leaders be elected with votes to perform well and drive progress and fast development? Anyway, I am praying and if God wants to truly protect the people of Ghana and not let most of them curse themselves by the ignorance of Hosea 4:6, then He will surely hear me and let the right people of influence hear what I keep saying and reporting, so that human lives can be rescue from slavery, suffering and untimely deaths of no reason but selfishness, wickedness, greed and lack of empathy from most people who find themselves into leadership by some stupid voting from most people of ignorance who can easily be deceived with lies and fake unrealistic promises for power without realizing their status and repeated sufferings due to disobedience.
