Innocent child has lost her life just like that due to someone's negligence.I hope this is not going to be the end of the matter but proper action will be taken against the person whose duty was to cover the borehole.We have been taking things for granted for far too long which later come back to affect us one way or the other.We shouldn't take some of these things like family affair so let's give it to God.This is someone negligence and the person must be punish for that.
