Common history will tell u that the Guans were the first to settle in Gold Coast. This is basic history. Gomoas have no space of land within that enclave. They should produce their documents. Again, there is no mention of Gomoa in the 1924 map of Gold Coast. This is not the first time this issue is coming up. In 1938, 1961 and 1974, have the Supreme Court of Gold Coast declaring that the enclave belongs to Effutu. Winneba has been a sleeping giant a these while and these Gomoas have taken advantage of the protracted Chieftaincy dispute in Winneba to their advantage. The people of Wineba are never cowards.

THE MALEJOR HAS FILED AN APPEAL AT ADENTA COURT. HOW DID THE LAND COMMISSION ALLOCATE THE LAND TITLE TO THE TEACHERS KNOWING VERY WELL THAT MALEJOR CHIEF IS THE CUSTODIAL OWNER.
