In a significant boost to education in the constituency, the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Member of Parliament for Fanteakwa North in the Eastern Region, Kwame Appiah Kodua, has donated essential school materials to 150 students who successfully passed the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and gained admission to Senior High Schools (SHS).

The beneficiary students received a comprehensive package of items to help them settle into their new academic journey. The donations included plastic trunks (chop boxes), student mattresses, exercise books, and school bags for every student present.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Kwame Appiah Kodua congratulated the students on their academic success and urged them to take their studies seriously as they transition to the secondary level. He emphasized that education is the key to the future development of the constituency and encouraged the youth to strive for excellence.

The MP further pledged his continued support, promising to extend his sponsorship to the tertiary level for students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance throughout their Senior High School education.

"Take your education seriously and make sure you perform very well at SHS so that I can still support you to the university," Kwame Appiah Kodua advised the beneficiaries.

William Nana Addo, speaking on behalf of the student body, expressed profound gratitude to the MP for the timely and generous support. He noted that the gesture has brought immense relief to the students and their families, many of whom faced financial hurdles in gathering the required items for SHS admission.

The initiative has been widely commended by parents, teachers, and community members in Fanteakwa North, who see it as a vital investment in the future leaders of the community.
