  The school is not far from the district hospital which tells you the town is developing into that direction.
  Are we saying we are going to construct the market next to the hospital?

  So where is this market going to be constructed? That is the main question to be answered by the DCE. The assurance that the school building is not going to be demolished is not enough.... State where the market will be built and then we can proceed to have meaningful discussions on the implications for the people of the community...particularly the children.
