  The school is not far from the district hospital which tells you the town is developing into that direction.
  Are we saying we are going to construct the market next to the hospital?

  So where is this market going to be constructed? That is the main question to be answered by the DCE. The assurance that the school building is not going to be demolished is not enough.... State where the market will be built ...

  So where is this market going to be constructed? That is the main question to be answered by the DCE. The assurance that the school building is not going to be demolished is not enough.... State where the market will be built and then we can proceed to have meaningful discussions on the implications for the people of the community...particularly the children.

  What is in this 24-hr economy or market that everybody seems confused about. The other day it was an uncompleted market building with roofing completed being demolished to pave way for 24-hr whatever......hmmmmmmm

  Who told these people that an 24hr economy is about building markets. It is about adding value to our products to sell in the markets or export and earn foreign exchange. Building markets alone is a failure.
