  It was Jake Obestebi Lamptey, supported by Elizabeth "Dzimakpla" Ohene who announced to Ghanaians that the Ya Na was "now dead" so people should cease fighting.

  If the cracking of head would eventually reduce the cost of policing these miscreants to 10% so be it. Any police who manages to break the head of an Abdu or Andani miscreant should be awarded 5% of the annual reduction. The more heads you break to reduce the budget the more end-of year head breaking allowance you get.
  
  By the time the miscreants realise that the cost of a dance is the price of a broken head, they would think twice to dance peacefully than get into a fight over the swirl of a batakari!

  Where was (NYUPED) when the same festival resulted into the death of about 40 people and the region suffered her greatest setbacks. ABUDUS AND ANDANIS MUST FIX THEIR DIFFERENCES GET GOVERNMENT AND OTHERS OUT OF IT.
