  It is absolutely outrageous to hear a govt minister advise school heads to reduce admissions just because of overcrowdiness in dormitories. Where does this non-honourable minister want the excess student to go? Has he considered what happens to society if few students admitted into secondary schools with the many left at homes? This minister should have proposed at least ad hoc measures to curb this situation whilst real solutions are sought in future. Thank God no headmaster will implement what this man just said.

  Mr Smith needs to address the fundamental problem why such a thing is happening when heads are made to admit more than necessary. If adequate structures are there then heads can be blamed but that is not the case.
