  What a pity if it's true! A school of Hygiene without adequate labolatory facility,unthinkable sanitary conditions, two (2) classroom blocks for 184 students, established in 1975 for what purpose? To prevent or foster infectious germs as reported? It's very interesting to read this article and that of the 3rd son of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah who described the proposed gigantic statue for the father "as not a priority for the People of Ghana".
