I agree with you and not just Libraries but also free education. Though the computers have taken over books we still need books because off course there are no electrity to work these computers.

Don't forget we are living in the 21st Century.Printed books are becoming obsolete with the advent of e-learning.
Where is the power or electricity for E learning, I think in Ghana we still need books.Without electricity nothing can move in this morden Ghana
