  The Progressive People's Party Agenda for Change embraced all parts of Ghana.We did not have the privilege to do so yet but the current Presdent who really knows the Northern Region much much better is not even bothered to get the most deprived regions of Ghana sorted out and worse still, the regions do not have a responsible MinisterYet in all these, the President was able to come into London just to sign Obasanjo's bookHave we lost the grey matter in our heads?.
