Yuck! I just stumbled across this article by doing a Google search. It's no wonder you have a stench wafting about if you are dumping human waste and other sewage indiscriminately. That many trucks worth of waste is a LOT. Nobody wants to deal with a stink of that magnitude. You should not be using the ocean as a toilet. While I applaud your efforts to put a stop to this, it looks like it has been a long time coming. Please support the effort to clean this up, not only to get rid of the bad smell, but for the good of the environment and the health of the people.
