  We are in the process of 're establishing special Olympics Ghana for people with intellectual disabilities. The SO Ghana Board will very much like to be part of this great idea.

  Though every disabled child has a right to inclusiveness, inclusive education does no good than harm to the Deaf. However, positive, it can only be implemented at the tertiary level of education, although, the problem abounds ...
