Good job. Better handle it now before it becomes like Accra. You could also ask students to help up on some Saturdays as Rawlings used to do. Students can sweep,desilt gutters and even clear weed and thrash

It is not wrong for students to volunteer for say once a month to clean their community for some hours. They shall even learn community service by that. People have been hired to do the job but they are not that many to be ab ... read full comment
It is not wrong for students to volunteer for say once a month to clean their community for some hours. They shall even learn community service by that. People have been hired to do the job but they are not that many to be able to work effectively. Koforidua has become so big but no more cleaners have been added to the ones there already. Some are not even paid promptly at the end of the month so are unwilling to work with their hearts.
At the time of Rawlings, students volunteered and it was well organized. Our atudents should not be taught to do only office work.
