How much in external funding has high-flying Kofi Annan contributed to this center that bears his name, if only for the "Girls and Womens" program?

Seems to us he could be instrumental in this one, if properly oriented.

Maybe that will re-burnish his image following the Syria disaster!

Then, maybe, it is not enough for GNA to simply talk about "upgrade" when they do not provide an iota of financial history to help readers make better conclusions on a story such as this one.

Maybe Dr Dorothy Gordon, Director General of the Kofi Annan Centre of ICT, can assist here!
