  I applaud him for a wonderful advice to our youth. These kids need a good role model and that is what is lacking in our area. Growing up there, I looked up to my older sisters, teachers and the women training college students that used to go around teaching in the schools. However, these kids don’t have anyone around to talk to them because all our brothers and sister are all flocking to greener pasture because of lack of work in the area myself included.
  It’s not about what you don’t have right now, but how you make it on your own. Some of us walked bear footed to school in 80 degrees temperature but we didn’t let that stop us from pursuing our dreams. If people laugh at you because you can’t afford the latest outfit don’t mind them. We ate groundnuts for breakfast and lunch and sometimes nothing but it did not stop us, so please don’t settle.
