the existing speed cameras in the society just captures the speed of vehicles without other details such as the vehicle number, date and time the act was committed.
WELL, IN THAT CASE. MTTU POLICE MUST ISSUE RECEIPTS AFTER EACH STOP. THE DRIVER MUST PAY 20 CEDIS ON THE SPOT AND RECEIVE A TICKET FROM THE POLICE OFFICER. THE CAMERA WILL CAPTURE THE SPEED OF THE VEHICLE SO THAT IS EVIDENCE ADMISSIBLE IN TRAFFIC COURT. HAVE TRAFFIC COURTS IN ALL REGIONAL CAPITALS AD NEIGHBORING TOWNS FOR DRIVERS TO GO AND DEFEND THEIR CASE.

You are right the radar guns are all defective. It's always reading 61 miles per hr, whether you stopped on Accra to takoradi highway or tamale to brolga highway
