THE VICTIM WHO WAS ASSAULTED SHOULD REPORT THE CASE TO POLICE FOR THIS IDIOT SOLDIER TO BE ARRESTED. AND THE COURT WILL TAKE ACTION. WHAT IS STOPPING THE PERSON TO REPORT THE CASE TO POLICE?

If u think u are a soldier and u think you are strong, go to Nigeria and help to arrest the lord of bokom haram or go to mali to help fight the tuareg rebels. The Army is a noble profession so people like this should not be entertain in the military.
