  Nsoh what you ever do for upper west is to make sure we have water to drink and for farming. Upper west cant never prosper unless and until we have water all year round.
  Stop giving us hope and doing nothing.

  for the first time i think we have a minister who thinks positively. my only suggestion is that he gets his feet down to ensure that the things he says come to fruition.
