That is wellcome news. We voltarians should make this to be first class university in Afrrica.
I've been following the progress of this University for some time now. A noble idea.
This is positive and I especially like the fact that its not in Accra. Spreading the development agenda will help curb Accra's urbanization dilemma. Keep it up JM and your admin.
Why not Ghanaian contractors but Chinese? Why?
the ghanaian contractor will not finish and will find his brother to go and beg for him.
Even though the question looks quite patriotic, the fact is that Ghanaian contractors WILL NEVER finish the project and they would advance one million reasons why they can't finish it and the story would end there, paam!
that would not be necessary here?!
