  We plough to loosen the soil for good yeild. If the government cant give them tractors he should poisoning the with weed killers.
  How cant be a new technology when that is how frafra farm.

  It is no news that tractors are idle in UWR. Those who were using tractor had tracks of land. In some parts of of the region a tractor has never been thought of because of the holdings of less than 1 acre by land fragmentation and the very fragile nature of the soils. This achievement may be restricted to certain areas but not for the whole of UWR.

  Large scale fertilizer application, harvesting, transport of produce & heavy supplies and special land preparation in some cases.
  I you want to venture into technical writing, you need to go learn and stop
  writing errors.
