in fact it is a big problem. parents must be responsible in given their girl-child the basic education they girls need at home. girls only learn the small sex education at school for examination and not for life.

These innocent babies are the once who will pay these hard prices,it is not easy to control this teenage sex.
I think efter given birth, just give the babies for adoption due to poverty in the society.please it is very sad ...

How about starting at looking at the perpetrators as this obviously an act of 'abuse' of underage minors.

Cape case go beyond such indicators. a 17years confessed to me that he impregnated three girls, abort 2 and one being come headache to him. while reproductive education will help i am of the view that Cape boys need to be 'Defertilized'. kudos to my london-Bridge boys lol
