  EVEN AT THE TIME OF INDEPENDENCE, 1957,
  OPEN DEFECATION WAS NOT EVEN AN ISSUE--IT WAS GENERALLY UNHEARD OF AND ALMOST SIXTY YEARS LATER ITS SUCH A BIG PROBLEM WE HAVE TO SET UP A COMMISSION TO ERADICATE IT.
  LORD HAVE MERCY ON US AND BLACK PEOPLE IN GENERAL

  The population is about five times what it was but we have built no infrastrcture and what we had has detoriated!!!hence the result!!!It is very heart breaking to be where we are in the 21st century!!!
