  Is welcoming news however the necessary checks should be on those who will replace them. The President should look for competent and capable faithful’s to place them. The consideration should not be job for the jobless. Please let the consideration be capacity even when it calls for pursuing professionals. The success of any government largely depends on the competency at the local governance. 2016 is just at the corner.
