May their souls rest in perfect peace. Reporting an incident is not enough, investigation and finding the course is very important so that those responsible (institutions and persons) are dealt with appropriately.

Reporting the incident in not enough, I hope you will follow-up,investigate and find the cause, so that interventions are put in place. Also, so that those responsible (institutions and persons) are dealt with appropriately.
the place where the accident happen actual need attention.it is a shape curve with plenty threes around there.
It is so painful to lose two of my friends through an accident like this one. The pot hole the Bus dodged and run over the car has been there for sometime now. Someone should have done something about it long ago.
